The Start-Up Launchpad was designed to address these issues.  It allows you to sign-up as a client via the web, for which there is no fee, and obtain online access to customized forms, educational materials and checklists that are targeted to startups.  Our customized forms allow you to efficiently and securely submit key information via your phone, your iPad or your computer. We then use this information to create legal documents customized for your particular needs.  And, because we have developed an entirely new, technology enhanced work-flow, we can generally create your legal documents much quicker and at a lower cost than we have traditionally been able to offer.
